Icing® is a fashion destination for young women in the 18-35 year age group.  The  Icing® customer is independent, fashion-conscious and vibrant. We believe that expansion of our Icing® brand both in existing and new markets over time presents a significant opportunity to leverage our core merchandising, sourcing and marketing expertise to cater to a wider demographic. Furthermore, the differentiation of our Claire’s® and Icing® brands allow us to operate multiple locations within a single mall or in close proximity. As of January 31, 2016, we operated 358 Icing® stores across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico and 7 franchised stores overseas.
